REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds - all sales are considered final. If you have concerns about your order please contact us.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 7 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 7 days, we cannot replace your item.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us before it has shipped. Once it has shipped we are not able to cancel your order.

 

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, promo code, and correct credit card information. We are not responsible for customer input error. Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
